An overgrown right of way
Query: Myself and my wife are writing to ask for some guidance on a matter that’s been bothering us. We have a legal right of way over a neighbouring field that gives us access to the public road.
We’ve been using this lane every day for years without any issue – it’s the only way in and out of our place, really.
